Scope

Voar com Vlar provides visual direction, filming, editing and related creative services according to the scope, deliverables, schedule and price stated in the accepted proposal. Any service not expressly included remains outside the scope.

Proposal and approval

A project begins when the client accepts the proposal and supplies the information, access, materials and approvals needed to perform the work. The proposal should identify the contracting parties, deliverables, revision rounds, milestones, fees and payment schedule.

Fees and payment

Prices, taxes, deposits, invoicing dates, late-payment consequences and any reimbursable expenses must be stated in the project proposal. No project-specific amount or payment term is set by this draft page.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for timely feedback, factual accuracy, access to locations and people, and the rights or permissions for materials supplied to the studio. Delays caused by missing approvals or assets may affect the agreed schedule.

Rights and delivery

The proposal or contract must define the licence or assignment granted for each final deliverable, the territory, duration, media, credit requirements and permitted edits. Source files, unused material and work-in-progress are not transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.

Cancellation, liability and governing law

Cancellation terms, force majeure, liability limits and complaint handling must be completed for the publisher’s business status. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
